These cases are currently calendared for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. On March 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that respondent has tentatively reached a basis for settlement with petitioners. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 4, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 3, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the cases or stipulated decision documents. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by the undersigned judge.
