DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motions to accept late filing of record on appeal and briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for permission to file a brief amicus curiae, it is
ORDERED that the motions to accept the late filing of the record on appeal and briefs is granted, without costs, and the appeals are deemed timely perfected, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for permission to file a brief amicus curiae upon the appeals is granted, without costs, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing the amicus curiae brief received on January 20, 2012. The time to file and serve the brief of respondent-appellant, which may include a response to the amicus curiae brief, is extended to February 17, 2012.
