YONATAN HAILU, Applicant v. ACE PARKING MANAGEMENT, INC.; FEDERAL INSURANCE COMPANY; BROADSPIRE, Defendants No. ADJ12145179 California Workers Compensation Decisions Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board State of California September 9, 2021

OPINION AND ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR REMOVAL

          DEIDRA E. LOWE, COMMISSIONER

On May 19, 2021, defendant filed a Petition for Removal from the Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge (WCJ)’s May 6, 2021 Minute Order setting this matter for trial. Defendant requested that this matter be consolidated with two other claims and that they all be set for a priority conference. This matter was heard again on July 20, 2021 and the parties appear to have reached an agreement as to all three cases and the matter was ordered off calendar. As a result, defendant’s Petition for Removal has been rendered moot and will be dismissed.

         For the foregoing reasons,

IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Removal is DISMISSED.
