MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellees/Cross-Appellants, John A. Adams and Jane A. Adams, Individually and as Next Friend of Adam Adams, a Minor, have filed a motion to dismiss their cross-appeal. The motion contains a certificate of service to appellant/cross-appellee, which has not opposed the motion. Therefore, we grant the motion and dismiss the cross-appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2). The appeal filed by YMCA of San Antonio d/b/a YMCA of San Antonio and Hill Country is retained on the court's docket. Costs of the appeal will be assessed upon final disposition of the appeal.
