An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 6, 2018, And petitioner-appellant having moved for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for assignment of counsel, and for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, entered on August 6, 2019 (M-3010), which had denied a prior motion by petitioner-appellant for the assignment of counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
