Yelon v. Chaprak

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 1, 1921
198 App. Div. 926 (N.Y. App. Div. 1921)

Opinion

June, 1921.

Judgment modified by providing that the matter be referred to the Hon. Lester W. Clark as official referee, and as modified affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff payable by the defendant Slottman. The amount involved in this controversy is so small and the financial condition of the parties is such that we think it is a proper case for an official referee. Blackmar, P.J., Rich, Kelly, Jaycox and Manning, JJ., concur.
