WILLIAM L. YEATON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On May 22, 2023, petitioner's counsel-Brandon A. Keim-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, seeking to withdraw from further representation of petitioner in the above-docketed matter. The Motion stated that petitioner had not provided his position as to the Motion, but it listed a current mailing address for petitioner. Accordingly, by Order served May 22, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to the Motion and directed additional service of the Order on petitioner at the address listed in the Motion. On June 26, 2023, the copy of the Order served on petitioner at the mailing address listed in the Motion was returned to the Court as undeliverable.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 20, 2023, petitioner's counsel shall file a supplement to his above-referenced Motion and shall set forth (1) petitioner's position as to that Motion and (2) petitioner's correct current mailing address.
