On November 1, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. On November 24, 2021, petitioner filed a First Supplement to his motion. On January 24, 2022, respondent filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 11). On January 24, 2022, the parties electronically filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 12) which is substantially identical to the first proposed decision document, except it (Entry No. 12) is filed by the parties. The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Proposed Stipulated Decision (Entry No. 11) filed January 24, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision, as supplemented, is denied as moot.
