On November 1, 2021, petitioner filed a Notice of Withdrawal which the Court will recharacterize as petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. Among other things, in his motion petitioner states that, on October 26, 2021, he received an IRS "no change" letter. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Notice of Withdrawal filed November 1, 2021, is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion for Entry of Decision. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 29, 2021, petitioner shall file a First Supplement to his motion and attach thereto, a copy of the October 26, 2021, IRS "no change" letter he received.
