Paul YBARRA, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 226th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2020CR6360, 2020CR6362 Honorable Laura Lee Parker, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On January 31, 2024, we abated these Anders appeals to the trial court for appointment of new appellate counsel to prepare and file an appellant's brief on the merits. A supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's order appointing Vikash Bhakta as new counsel was filed in each appeal, and Mr. Bhakta filed a notice of appearance and motion seeking an extension of time to file an appellant's brief in both appeals. We order these appeals reinstated on this court's docket. We further order the appellant's brief due by April 17, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
