ORDER

PER CURIAM

The notice of appeal in this case was filed May 9, 2022. The clerk responsible for preparing the record notified this court that appellant has not filed the proper documents for preparation of the clerk's record. Appellant is proceeding without payment of costs. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 145. This appeal is subject to dismissal without further notice, unless appellant files proof of filing proper documents with the county clerk.

This court previously dismissed the other appellant, Ahmad Yazdchi, for failure to file the appellate fee or provide proof of inability to pay costs.

Appellant is ordered to demonstrate to this court within thirty (30) days of the date of this order that arrangements have been made with the county clerk's office to file the clerk's record. If appellant fails to do so, the appeal is subject to dismissal without further notice for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
