On February 23, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On February 28, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered February 23, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 22, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's February 17, 2023, motion to dismiss. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion to dismiss.
