Upon due consideration of the Court's conference call with the parties' held April 22, 2022, it is ORDERED that the Court's Order, served April 19, 2022, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Christine Yarber, filed March 3, 2022, is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction insofar as it relates to Christine Yarber. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Joseph Daniel Yarber, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 25, 2022, file a joint report detailing the then-present status of the case.
