Action to recover damages for, inter alia, the alleged breach of a real estate brokerage agreement, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Hon. Frank S. Meadow, state trial referee; verdict, in part, for the plaintiff and directed verdict, in part, for the defendant; thereafter, the court granted the motion filed by the defendant Joseph R. Greco et al. to set aside the verdict on counts two and three, and rendered judgment thereon, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
