On August 30, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 16). Later on August 30, 2023, the parties filed a second Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 17) to correct an error in the first filed Proposed Stipulated Decision. By Order served on September 1, 2023, the Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 16) was stricken from the record.

On September 1, 2023, the Court entered a Stipulated Decision (Doc. 19), but in error signed the first Proposed Stipulated Decision rather than the second. To correct the error, the Court will vacate its September 1, 2023, Stipulated Decision and enter a corrected Decision. Therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Stipulated Decision entered September 1, 2023, is vacated and set aside.
