Order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered January 22, 1970 and made on resettlement, affirmed ( Yonkers Fur Dressing Co. v. Royal Ins. Co., 247 N.Y. 435; Bond v. Bond, 260 App. Div. 781). Appeal from order of the same court entered October 8, 1969, dismissed as academic. This order was superseded by the order entered January 22, 1970, which granted resettlement. One bill of $10 costs and disbursements is awared to respondents to cover both appeals. Christ, P.J., Rabin, Munder, Martuscello and Latham, JJ., concur.
