ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION


Defendants herein have moved for consolidation of this case and Case No. 2:03CV0346TS, and plaintiffs in each case have executed a stipulation and joint motion with defendants to that end. The Court has reviewed the cases and the stipulation, is fully apprised in the premises, finds good cause appearing, and, therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, that:

1. This case, No. 2:03CV0345DB and Case No. 2:O3CV0346TS, are hereby consolidated into this case, No. 2:03CV0345DB, and all future filings shall, under the local rule, bear this case number as the number of the consolidated cases.

2. This order is entered without prejudice to the filing of a motion for separate trial by either plaintiff Jamal Yanaki or plaintiff Suan I. Moss, under Fed. FR. Civ. P. 42(b), by motion, at a later date, if circumstances warrant.
