ORDER

Juan F. Vasquez, Judge.

This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on February 21, 2023, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On January 26, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. By Order filed February 2, 2023, we directed petitioners to file a response to respondent's Motion on or before February 15, 2023.

On February 8, 2023, the Court conducted a conference call with petitioner wife and counsel for respondent. During the call the parties indicated that they were preparing decision documents that would resolve this case without the need for trial.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 21, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 17, 2023, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. 1
