ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On September 8, 2021, petitioner filed with the Court an Application for waiver of Filing fee and Affidavit. Petitioner has not demonstrated financial inability to pay. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and Affidavit is denied. It is further

ORDERED that on or before February 10, 2022, petitioner shall pay the filing fee of $60.00. If filing fee is not received on or before February 10, 2022, the case will be dismissed or other action taken as the Court deems appropriate.
