On March 8, 2023, the Court issued an order granting respondent's motion to remand and instructing respondent to offer petitioners an administrative hearing no later than May 5, 2023. The Court also instructed the parties to file status reports on or before September 6, 2023, concerning the then-current status of the case. The case was stricken from the April 3, 2023 trial session. Jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. Upon due consideration of respondent's Status Report filed May 5, 2023, it is
ORDERED that the time in which respondent shall offer petitioners an administrative hearing is extended to no later than July 5, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that the time in which the parties shall file with the Court a status report (joint if possible, otherwise separately) concerning the then-current status of this case is extended to on or before November 6, 2023.
