JULIO YADAICELA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

On July 19, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Failure To State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted (motion to dismiss). The motion to dismiss states that petitioner did not provide a telephone number or email address at which he might be contacted and thereby petitioner's views on the granting of this motion are unknown. If petitioner does respond his case may be dismissed.

By Order served February 14, 2023, respondent's motion to dismiss was assigned to the undersigned for disposition. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 17, 2023, petitioner shall contact the chambers administrator, Sharon Cutter, by calling the chambers at (202) 521-0823, or by calling the chambers administrator's work telephone at (240) 762-2457 and provide his telephone number and the dates and times when he would be available for a conference call with both parties. Petitioner should also tell us whether he needs a Spanish interpreter for a conference call.
