ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the record on appeal, brief and appendix received by the Court on April 15, 2016 is accepted and appellant shall file and serve, on or before June 13, 2016, a supplemental record on appeal to include the following: the order of Supreme Court date March 17, 2013, the order of Supreme Court dated August 7, 2013 and the order of Supreme Court dated January 10, 2013, and the motion is, in all other respects, denied.
