This case was continued from the Court's October 2020 Miami, Florida, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 27, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioner was unable to reach an agreement with the IRS' Office of Appeals. The parties respectfully request this case be returned to the general docket to allow time for alternative resolution. We will grant that request. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is restored to the general docket.
