This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 17, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 47). By Order served November 20, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and this case was stricken from the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session.

On June 28, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 55) requesting additional time to "allow petitioner to provide additional information as to its current financial status and for the parties to attempt to reach an agreement on an installment agreement as a collection alternative." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 27, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
