DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for order directing pro hac vice admission of John E. Van Allen, Esq., an attorney admitted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to section 520.1 (a) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and John E. Van Allen, Esq.,is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing petitioner upon the proceeding.
