ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge.

A petition was filed in this case on May 1, 2021. By Notice dated January 10, 2022, this case is calendared for trial at the San Francisco, California trial session of the Court commencing on April 18, 2022. On February 9, 2022, petitioner Xin Wu informally advised the Court that he is requesting to withdraw the petition in this case. The appropriate procedure in this matter is for the parties to communicate with each other (petitioners and respondent's counsel - Michael Skeen - (415) 547-3785)) and submit the appropriate settlement documents. The Court will order that the parties communicate and submit appropriate documents to conclude this matter.

Premises considered, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 31, 2022, communicate and submit to the Court settlement documents or file status report(s) (joint or separate) advising the Court as to the then present status of this matter.
