Appeal, No. 3146 C.D. 1981, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County in case of Robert Wyrock and Geraldine Wyrock v. Zoning Hearing Board of Bensalem Township, No. 80-5645-05-5.
Denial of application for nonconforming use certificate appealed by applicants to the Zoning Hearing Board of Bensalem Township. Appeal denied. Applicants appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. Appeal dismissed. GARB, J. Applicants appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.

This is an appeal of Robert and Geraldine Wyrock from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County affirming the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Bensalem Township holding that the appellants did not establish their right to a certification that the use of a part of their property as an automotive repair shop was a lawful nonconforming use. We affirm the order on the opinion of Judge GARB reported in ___ Pa. D. C.3d ___ (___).
