ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Based on the Stipulation and Motion for Dismissal with Prejudice filed by Wyoming Alaska Company, Inc. dba Trailside General Store ("WACO") and Defendant Commerce and Industry Insurance Company ("CI"), in this matter, and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that WACO's Complaint, and all claims therein, filed against CI in the above-captioned matter, as well as CI's Counterclaim, and all claims therein, filed against WACO in the above-captioned matter, be and hereby are DISMISSED, with prejudice, and upon the merits, the claims having been fully compromised and settled.

The parties are to bear their own costs.
