Appeal, No. 2566 C.D. 1980, from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County in the case of Wynnewood Company v. The Board of Supervisors of Whitemarsh Township and Whitemarsh Township, No. 80-11285.

Application for final subdivision approval denied by the Board of Supervisors of Whitemarsh Township. Applicant appealed to the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Appeal denied. STANZIANI, J. Applicant appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Held: Affirmed.

OPINION BY JUDGE ROGERS, February 3, 1983:

This is an appeal of Wynnewood Company from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County affirming the decision of the Board of Supervisors of Whitemarsh Township denying the appellant's application for final subdivision approval. We affirm the order on the opinion of Judge STANZIANI reported at ___ Pa. D. C.3rd ___ (___).
