Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered September 1, 2023, September 6, 2023, and September 7, 2023, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to May 28, 2024, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is denied.
