ORDER

This 17th day of September, 2002, the Court, having considered this matter on the briefs of the parties, concludes that the same should be affirmed on the basis of the Family Court's January 28, 2002 decision that Bonnie J. Wyatt's parental rights should be terminated pursuant to 13 Del. C. § 1103(a)(5). We need not reach, and therefore do not decide, the alternative grounds for the Family Court's decision.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the judgment of the Family Court be, and the same hereby is AFFIRMED.
