ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On August 6, 2024, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. Upon review, that application was not completed in its entirety as petitioner failed to include the amount of monthly income that petitioner receives. Therefore, petitioner has not at this time demonstrated current financial inability to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied.

Petitioner should submit a fully completed Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for the Court's consideration.
