By Order served July 15, 2022, this case was continued from the Court's September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned, and the parties were directed, on or before September 19, 2022, to file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
On September 16, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report requesting an additional 60 days to either file a stipulated decision or file further status reports. By Order served September 22, 2022, the Court directed the parties on or before November 18, 2022, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
On November 9, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report requesting an additional 60 days to either file a stipulated decision or file further status reports. By Order served November 10, 2022, the Court directed the parties on or before January 9, 2023, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
On January 4, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report requesting an additional 60 days to either file a stipulated decision or file further status reports. By Order served January 10, 2023, the Court directed the parties, on or before March 10, 2023, the parties shall either submit signed stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned, and this case is restored to general docket for trial or other disposition.
