This case is calendared for trial at the September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session of the Court.

On July 14, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion). The motion states that additional time is needed for petitioners to submit requested documents. Petitioners are actively working with the Office of Appeals and respondent. Petitioners have no objection to the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 6, 2022, Hartford, Connecticut, Trial Session, and jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 19, 2022, respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
