This case is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed with the Court September 11, 2020, at docket entry number 14. On September 17, 2020 the Court set respondent's motion to dismiss for hearing at the Court's October 5, 2020, Kansas City, Missouri remote Trial Session. On October 5, 2020, there was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner at calendar. Respondent appeared and was heard. The Court recalled the case and petitioner appeared and was heard. On October 5, 2020, Court took both respondent's motion to dismiss and the Court's Order to Show Cause under advisement, at docket entry number 17. Then this case was calendared for a Special remote Trial Session on August 9, 2021. Both petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. The Court continued to take both respondent's motion to dismiss and the Court's Order to Show Cause under advisement, at docket entry number 33. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the June 13, 2022, Little Rock, Arkansas Trial Session of the Court to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. (CST) on Monday, June 13, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's June 13, 2022, Little Rock, Arkansas Trial Session.
