Order reversed, without costs of this appeal to either party, and matter remitted to the Monroe County Court to settle the record on appeal in accordance with the stipulation and agreement of the parties. All concur. (The order disallows appellant's proposed bill of exceptions and settles the record on appeal by including the entire case.)
