Before the Court are appellants' December 1, 2023 motion opposing Village on the Green Homeowner's Association, Inc. and Sonya Mokry's brief because of enumerated inaccuracies and motion for default judgment against Southwest Auto Tow for failure to file an appellee's brief. We DENY the motion for default judgment. We DENY the motion in opposition to brief without prejudice to raising the arguments in a reply brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.3.
