ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO FILE OVERLENGTH BRIEF
This matter comes before the Court on the "Hutchinson Defendants' Motion for Leave to File an Overlength Brief" Although defendants' failure to provide a proposed order (Local Rule 7(b)(1)) and failure to file this motion at least three judicial days before the underlying brief was due (Local Civil Rule 7(f)) would justify denial of the motion, the Court recognizes that the Deadman Act issues are of significant importance to the case and will allow additional pages. Defendants' motion is therefore GRANTED. The Court accepts the 17 page opposition brief lodged on May 6, 2002. Plaintiffs may file a reply brief of no more than 9 pages.
