AND NOW, this 21st day of December, 2022, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to File under Seal (ECF No. 1) be and the same is hereby GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. It is denied to the extent Plaintiff seeks the entire case be sealed, and granted to the extent, as set forth in her supplement, Plaintiff seeks to redact records which contain personal identifiers. Plaintiff is hereby permitted to seal the portions of the record related to personal identifiers only, specifically, home address, home phone number, and date of birth. Plaintiff shall submit her proposed pleading and related documents in redacted form as well as in full form to the Clerk of Court for docketing consistent with Local Rules and this Order. The Clerk of Court is hereby directed to file the unredacted version under seal. Said submissions by Plaintiff shall be filed on or before January 6, 2023 .
