BAYLEN D. WRIGHT AND TABETHA PORTER-WRIGHT, AND ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS, Appellants v. MUHAMMAD ASIF SHAMIM, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 002-00321-2024

ORDER

KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE

On February 22, 2024, husband and wife Baylen D. Wright and Tabetha Porter-Wright filed separate notices of appeal challenging the underlying eviction judgment. By motions filed March 18, 2024, Mr. Wright and Ms. Porter-Wright ask that we separate their appeals and assign a cause number for each so they can "represent their own individual trusts."

Because the appeal concerns the same judgment and record, we DENY the motion. We note, however, that Mr. Wright and Ms. Porter-Wright may file individual appellate briefs once the complete appellate record has been filed.
