Petitioner has filed a Petition for Writ of Mandamus. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the First District Court of Appeal to rule in Case No. 1D13–4956, the petition is hereby denied without prejudice. To the extent the petition seeks to compel the First District Court of Appeal to grant the certiorari petition in 1D13–4956, the petition is hereby dismissed pursuant to Mathews v. Crews, 2014 WL 241911 (Fla.2014).
