Charles T. Wright Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Emin Toro Judge

This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session. On September 23, 2021, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion to Dismiss for Duplicate Filing (Doc. 7). In the motion, petitioner's counsel advises that the petition filed in this matter is a duplicate of the petition filed at Docket No. 6446-20. ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Dismiss for Duplicate Filing filed on September 23, 2021, is granted and this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 6446-20.
