This case is currently calendared for a 2-day remote Special Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on September 20, 2023. On August 22, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, requesting that the Court continue the scheduled remote special session for 60 days. After due consideration of the representations in the parties' motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 22, 2023, is granted, in that this case is stricken from the Court's remote Special Trial Session scheduled to begin on September 20, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a two-day remote special trial session, scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. (ET) on November 13 and 14, 2023. Atlanta, Georgia, shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote special trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that any remaining pretrial deadlines in the Court's May 24, 2023, Order remain in full force and effect.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
