ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

On June 5, 2023, this case was called from the calendar during the Court's Memphis, Tennessee, trial session. Both counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and were heard. Jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned judge and the parties were directed to file a decision document on or before July 5, 2023.

On July 10, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 22) informing the Court that the "parties are still in agreement that a resolution will be reached without the need for a trial." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
