ORDER

CRAIG SMITH JUSTICE.

Before the Court are appellees' August 23, 2022 motion to dismiss this appeal for inadequate briefing and unopposed motion to extend time to file brief due to an incomplete clerk's record. We DENY the motion to dismiss. We GRANT the extension motion to the extent we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than September 6, 2022, the supplemental clerk's record containing the pleas to the jurisdiction and orders granting the pleas requested by appellees. Appellees' brief shall be filed within thirty days of the filing of the supplemental clerk's record.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and the parties.
