Sep 5, 2001
795 So. 2d 1014 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

No. 2D00-3519.

September 5, 2001.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Daniel L. Perry, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, Bartow, and Allyn M. Giambalvo, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Robert J. Krauss, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

In this appeal pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), James Alan Wray challenges his sentence for aggravated assault, handed down after the trial court had determined that he violated the conditions of his community control. We affirm Wray's sentence without prejudice to him filing any appropriate postconviction motions.

Affirmed.

FULMER, A.C.J., and NORTHCUTT, J., Concur.
