On October 2, 2003, and October 22, 2003, Petitioner filed motions to consolidate this case with cause number W-03-CA-254. Cause number W-03-CA-254 appears to be a state case. The Court cannot consolidate this federal case with a state case. Petitioner's motions are DENIED.
