Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On October 6, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order served October 31, 2023, the Court directed petitioners, on or before November 22, 2023, to file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On November 20, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Extension of Time.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Extension of Time is granted in that the time within which petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to December 13, 2023.

Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court.
