MUTUAL PROTECTIVE ORDER


The United States District Court for the State of Utah hereby orders that any names or organizations first revealed to either Plaintiff or Defendants in the course of discovery shall not be disclosed or used for any purposes other than for use in this litigation. In addition, any names or organizations disclosed in Sue Scheff's March 26, 2003 deposition, or in future depositions, are subject to this protective order and may not be disclosed or used outside this litigation. This order shall not be construed so as to prevent either part from contacting individuals or organizations with whom they have an ongoing relationship or a legitimate business and need to contact.
