PROTECTIVE ORDER


Based upon the Stipulation to Entry of Protective Order pursuant to Rule 26C of the FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, it is hereby ORDERED as follows:

1. The Mutual Protective Order entered by Judge Cassell on the 18th day of May, 2003, applies to information provided by the Red Rock Canyon School in this litigation.

2. All of the information provided by the Red Rock Canyon School pursuant to the Subpoena Duces Tecum which was served on or about October 30, 2003, shall not be

3. The contract provided by the Red Rock Canyon School is proprietary in nature and shall not be disclosed or used by World Wide Association of Specialty Programs for any other purposes other than for use in this litigation.
